"During my many years in this industry, I've witnessed numerous miscalculations.
Nowadays, I help people not to repeat them."

Curriculum Vitae

Hi, I’m Jesper.

I hail from Sweden, but throughout the years I've also lived in Asia and around Europe. Currently, I'm based in the Stockholm region, living partly in the city and partly in the nearby countryside.

I'm a sucker for…

See below for just a few things I'm passionate about when working and what I like to do after hours, during the weekends, and on holidays.

An enjoyable moment?
When proper user research provides indisputable evidence.
A skill I want to sharpen?
Backcountry cooking.
What I'm streaming?
All the TikTok videos my daughter sends me.
What keeps me young?
New challenges. This summer I took up arboriculture as a hobby. I figure if there isn't a mountain to climb, a grand old oak will fit the bill.
On my bucket list?
Ski touring the Arctic archipelago of Svalbard.
Voice or text?
I like them both, but if you're into audio as much as I am, don't hesitate to give me a ring at +46 70 6524648. For large chunks of text, I can also to be reached at jesper@otrobonita.com.
A good slogan?
Impossible's nothing. If you're to move a mountain, you need to trust the team that you're in.

My years with Kaizen

The Kaizen philosophy is about achieving improvements by taking small steps instead of making drastic, rigorous changes. Although improvements under Kaizen are small and incremental, the process brings about dramatic results over time. Today, Kaizen is recognized worldwide as an important pillar of an organization’s long-term competitive strategy. For the last 10 years, most of my project involvement has incorporated - lived and breathed - the Kaizen philosophy.
